Representing the Province of Iloilo with distinction were Mayor Elvira Alarcon of Batad, Mayor Jennifer Garin-Colada of Guimbal, Mayor Malin Cabana-Holipas of Leon, and Mayor Luigi Gorriceta of Pavia.
